Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:
Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned, except in case of defects.
Return Method & Fees
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In case of defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping fees or offer a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
