Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD):
The customer may pay the agreed charges and fees by cash on delivery, i.e., by paying the due amount directly to the authorized courier of maisondemadagascar.com upon delivery at the address specified in the order.
Cash on delivery is accepted only in cash.

Cash Payment (in store):
The customer may pay in cash at our physical store when choosing the “Pick up from store” option.

Credit / Debit / Prepaid Card:
The customer may settle the total amount of the sale and all agreed charges and fees using a credit, debit, or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, etc.) issued by a recognized Greek or foreign bank, and accepted by maisondemadagascar.com.
Payment is made in one installment.
The card will be charged after verification and authentication of its details during the approval and acceptance of the order by maisondemadagascar.com.
The customer is solely responsible for the correct entry and truthfulness of the card details. maisondemadagascar.com bears no responsibility for any error.

Bank Transfer:
The customer may pay the total amount of the sale and all agreed charges and fees by transferring the amount to one of the following bank accounts:

• Alpha Bank: GR64 0140 3530 3530 0200 2007 001
  Beneficiary: Maison de Madagascar

The customer must send the bank deposit receipt by e-mail to: maisondemadagascar@yahoo.gr.
The order processing will begin once the payment confirmation has been received.

PayPal:
The customer may pay through the online payment service PayPal.
At checkout, the customer must log in to their PayPal account to confirm the payment.
The order will be processed once the payment is confirmed in our PayPal account.

For all sales paid by cash on delivery, order confirmation and acceptance are made as usual in writing (email confirmation), and additionally by direct telephone confirmation with the customer.

International Orders:
Any customs duties or taxes for orders outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Methods

• Order processing is carried out from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

• Products are delivered within 24–72 hours for orders placed before 3:00 p.m., provided they are in stock at the time of ordering.

• “Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination (usually 7–15 business days).”

• Delivery times may also depend on the payment method chosen by the customer.

• Orders are accepted for delivery within Greece and worldwide.

• Delivery schedules are determined solely by maisondemadagascar.com.

Store Pickup:
Customers may place an online order and pick it up from our physical store, after arranging by phone.

Delivery Method:
Products are shipped by courier or postal service to the address and recipient specified in the order form, once the order has been accepted by maisondemadagascar.com.
The e-shop freely chooses the shipping method and informs the customer by e-mail (order confirmation) of the shipping details and cost. In the case of remote or hard-to-reach destinations, additional information and costs may follow by separate e-mail.
